The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a New Vertical Go-To-Market Manager to explore and launch new verticals. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking, market research, and team leadership to help shape the next wave of Palmstreet's offerings.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and identifying new product categories that align with Palmstreet's mission. As part of a small and dynamic team, your impact will be significant, and your work will directly contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore and Expand into New Verticals: Research, identify, and assess new product categories that align with Palmstreet's mission and audience. Develop strategies for launching these categories successfully.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive initiatives across all stages—research, development, launch, and optimization.

  • Market Analysis & Trends: Keep a pulse on the market and consumer trends, using data and insights to drive decisions and improve product offerings.

  • Team Management: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, design, and operations) to ensure the success of your verticals.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in go-to-market strategy, consulting, or a related role, ideally within eCommerce or live shopping platforms. Experience managing product categories, especially in retail or consumer goods, is a plus.

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans and business strategies.

  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company with a strong focus on experimentation and innovation.

  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.

  • Leadership: Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Passion for Unique Products: A personal interest or passion for unique, exotic products (e.g., rare plants, crystals) is a plus!

  • Educational Background: An MBA is preferred, though not required, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and business development.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $90K - $110K per year, dependent on experience and location

  • Commission: $120K - $150K OTE (On-Target Earnings)

  • Equity: Upon proven performance
