JOB SUMMARY

The position plans and implements program(s) which are comprised of multiple dependent work streams(subprojects). The position uses the programmatic approach and possesses the ability to build program structure and incorporates lessons learned into continuous process improvement actions.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develops a comprehensive project charter, plan, and status methodology/cadence while proactively managing risks and issues 0%
  • Identifies, evaluates, and manages project team leads 0%
  • Compiles and presents relative data points to executive stakeholders and management 0%
  • Manages and reports on risks, issues, and changes that are impeding program progress 0%

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred

Work Experience

  • Typically 5+ years

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • KSAs Proficiency
  • Use of data-driven analytics to measure and manage program performance
  • Managing and leading cross-functional teams and applying leadership principles to daily responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Travel Requirements

The salary range for this role is $73,800 to $132,840. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
