Senior Project Manager, Strategy Implementation

Overview:

SageSure, the insurance first, tech-forward, capital-lite managing general underwriter that focuses on the underserved, preferred homeowners middle-market, is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Strategy Implementation. What you'll be doing:

Manage multiple, cross-functional projects across the organization and build the playbook for how to deliver this work most effectively.

• Partner with cross-functional resources to develop project objectives, success criteria, and end-to-end plans/roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional execution via management of timelines, deliverables, priorities, and resources.
• Proactively coordinate interdependencies and streamline handoffs throughout the delivery process.
• Assess and communicate upstream & downstream.
• Identify and escalate issues/conflicts that may impede project execution.
• Provide professional/technical leadership in the execution of day-to-day project activities.
• Coordinate and report accurate, timely and complete status updates for key stakeholders.
• Enhance strategic implementation team capabilities and toolsets.

• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) skills

Highly preferred candidates also have:

• 5-7 years of experience managing strategic, cross-functional projects
• Process improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma) or project management expertise preferred
• Previous experience working in a geographically dispersed (remote) team strongly preferred
