JOB DUTIES:
Perform operational feedback on business requirements, system architecture, and design for platforms and software systems. Develop test strategy, test plan, test design specification, requirement traceability matrix, and risk assessment leading to successful implementation and timely project completion. Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases and test scripts in accordance with regulations, quality standards, and design controls for all tiers/components of assigned systems; including, but not limited to, user interface (UI), and web services. Report, track, and escalate anomalies discovered during testing and ensure closure on the issues. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure timely and effective testing as part of a regular release schedule. Train, mentor, and collaborate with both local and offshore teams on assigned releases. Assist with the definition and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Actively participate in hands‐on testing for product releases.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or foreign equivalent, and 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance of Enterprise Applications.
Will accept a bachelor’s equivalent based on a combination of education as determined by a professional evaluation service.
Ability to travel domestically, 10% of time based on a 40-hour workweek, may include short-term travel. Hybrid work benefit available. Must reside within the MSA of the worksite located at Redwood City, CA 94063.
SPECIFIC SKILL SETS:
4 years of experience in web‐based enterprise application testing and technical/domain expertise in CRM solutions. 4 years of experience in conducting system end‐to‐end and integration test strategies to identify issues attributed to inconsistencies between business processes or the planned interactions of components. 1 year of experience in creating audit materials to support compliance needs for SOX, BSI, SDLC, and/or ISO‐13485, and design control for regulatory products. 3 years of demonstrated proficiency with tools, such as, Jenkins, SOAPUI, JMeter, Selenium, or TestNG. 4 years of demonstrated proficiency with programming or scripting languages, such as Ruby, Python, Perl, Groovy, Java, or JavaScript. 4 years of experience in Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle.
Salary Range:
149,989.00-$193,000.00

The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements of the applicable plans.
