Senior Recruiter

ROLE:

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who is motivated by our mission to unlock transformational healthcare outcomes. To simplify the healthcare experience for employers and members, we have created a single digital platform across medical, pharmacy benefits & virtual care.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for owning end to end recruiting efforts across all aspects of our business including PBM Operations, Tech, G&A, and others as needed. We're building out Talent Acquisition as a strategic partner to our stakeholders so leaning in to help define process and strategy is a big component of this role. This is a Hybrid role based in NYC Mon, Tues and Thurs

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Partner with hiring managers to help build a scalable, sharp practice to recruit top talent
  • Own and manage a variety of openings from end to end
  • Develop inclusive structured interview plans in conjunction with hiring managers
  • Help establish and evangelize a culture of using valuable metrics to tell our story and steer the ship
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
  • Work with parallel functions, such as HR and Finance, to drive policy and decision making
  • Surface opportunities to innovate and improve organizational efficiency continuously
  • Support hiring teams in developing strategy around compensation and offers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in all things process related

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience in a startup (preferably healthtech)
  • Deep sourcing experience across multiple platforms
  • Experience managing remote, senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in the utilization and reporting features of Greenhouse

BASE SALARY: $110,000 - $140,000
