Senior Relationship Manager
PayTrace- Remote
Job Summary:
The Senior Relationship Manager at PayTrace is responsible for managing relationships, monitoring attrition, and driving sales growth with an assigned portfolio of PayTrace resellers. Additionally, this position will work to contribute to the Business Development Team’s overall success, specifically with assisting with the training and mentoring of Relationship Managers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

For the assigned portfolio of resellers:
-
The assigned portfolio of business will be determined with the Manager, Nationals Sales and will change over time.

Work with reseller decision makers to position PayTrace as a key part of their offering to the marketplace.

Work to identify and fill the needs of merchant level sales reps to empower them in being highly successful selling PayTrace.

Forecast annual revenue projections, develop, and manage to the forecast Sales Plan for each reseller.

Manage and regularly report on reseller relationship statuses, attrition, and sales growth to the Manager, National Sales.

Interpret business reporting and analytics to identify portfolio risks and opportunities

Manage multi-million-dollar portfolio to achieve corporate growth objectives.

As time, budget, and schedule permits, attend on-site meetings with resellers.

Provide virtual sales demonstrations to resellers as needed.

For select key prospective resellers:
-
Determine a process for identifying select key prospective sellers with the Manager, National Sales.

Follow-up on leads with select key prospective resellers.
-
Provide virtual sales demonstrations to select key prospective resellers.

As agreed, upon with the National Sales Manager, proactively prospect for key potential resellers.

Regularly report on select key prospective reseller relationship statuses to the Manager, National Sales

General contribution to Sales:
-
As needed, provide back-up for other Sales Team members.

With the Manager, National Sales, contribute to refining PayTrace’s value proposition for different merchant verticals.

As time, budget, and schedule permits, attend industry tradeshows to represent PayTrace.
What we need from you:
-
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant sales experience with a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience without a bachelor’s degree.

Able to confidently interact with Management staff within key resellers and key potential resellers.

Payment processing industry experience.

Demonstrate adoption PayTrace sales methodology, including leading feedback and evaluation for other sales executives.

An understanding of the needs of merchant level sales executives to be empower them in selling PayTrace.

Polished written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Independent self-starter who can manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities with little supervision.
