As part of the Senior Resource Group family, you'll play an essential role in enhancing the lives of our memory care residents through innovative activities and programs. Your enthusiasm and go-getter attitude will be paramount as you design and execute engaging events that foster social connections and personal satisfaction among our residents. Fantastic communication skills are a must, as you'll develop newsletters, flyers, and activity calendars that keep everyone in the loop. You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with other departments, ensuring that our programming reaches its full potential. Your knack for event planning will shine as you proactively create meaningful experiences and manage an activities budget. In this role, you'll support a community where every detail counts, and creativity is embraced. By gathering feedback from residents and getting families involved, you'll ensure that our programs meet their needs. This full-time position runs Sunday through Thursday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and your contributions will be vital to bringing joy and enrichment to our wonderful memory care community.
