The Entertainment Coord II at Spectrum Retirement Communities will be tasked with a range of responsibilities including planning, developing, and implementing activities for the residents. This entails assisting in creating the monthly activities calendar, securing performers for events, providing educational seminars, and managing the resident library. Additionally, the role involves transporting residents to events and ensuring their safety while boarding and disembarking from the community vehicle.

To become an Entertainment Coord II at Spectrum Retirement Communities, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a minimum of three years of driving experience is essential. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, organized, and possess exceptional customer service abilities.

The Entertainment Coord II position at Spectrum Retirement Communities is part-time, scheduled for Fridays from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. This flexible schedule allows employees to balance their work-life commitments while making a difference in the lives of the residents.
