Our Seniors need assistance with routine daily care. Providing care builds character and makes you feel good. A career at Senior Resource Group helps you express your compassion and desire to help seniors. Our healthcare associates make each day special for our residents.

The candidate for this current position is someone who is organized, proactive trustworthy, honest, shows integrity, is computer literate (or is interested in being taught) and is dependable. This person can work well independently as well as be a team player, has great communication skills and has a heart for serving our elders no matter what their condition or diagnosis. I am looking for a resident focused team member.  Lastly I am looking for someone who enjoys what they do and likes to have fun.

The position will require you to have the necessary credentials of Caregiver with an ALTP number on your caregiver certificate, it would be a plus if you are also a medication technician ( MT) and can cross over roles if needed, but this is not required, a 2 step TB test, current food handlers card, current fingerprint clearance card, pass a background and drug test and be CPR/first aid certified before working in the community.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly.
  • Assist residents in their daily living activities.
  • Provide assistance at mealtime.
  • Transport residents as necessary assisting them into and out of bed, wheelchairs, etc.
     

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must possess Arizona Caregiver Certification with ALTP number
