Job Description
The highly collaborative role is responsible for managing our GTM “tech stack” - the foundation of our sales process and methodology. Partnering with direct sales, sales development, sales enablement, and marketing teams, you will define needs, and work closely with technology vendors and our internal IT teams to build and evolve solutions. In doing so, you will optimize team productivity, and help Sales Ops team to define the future strategy and roadmap for sales technology.

Define and configure smart and robust processes and workflows to empower sales reps and leaders with operating models to help execute at efficiently and effectively.
Support day-to-day inquiries from the extended sales organization, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a wide range of issues and developing operational procedures and policies to manage volume.
Manage multiple assignments and requests/processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly, and deliver timely results. Look for commonalities across our business needs, recommend improvements to accelerate and scale, and leverage our tools to automate in line with the growth of the business.
Collaborate cross-functionally across the Go-to-Market organization to reduce friction, and ensure consistent and integrated policies, processes, and governance.
Develop and maintain standardized operational reports, alerts, and dashboards to monitor overall operational effectiveness, data integrity, and gain insights to improve performance.
Engage with user communities, vendors, and analysts of tech stack industry to stay on top of trends and best practices.
Experience/Skills
4+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, or Sales Support.
SaaS sales stack skills (Outreach, Salesloft, Clari, Gong, Lean Data, ZoomInfo, WalkMe, or similar).
Domain expertise in Salesforce platform and integrations.
Process-savvy with an ability to engage sales team users with skill and confidence to instill trust.
Analytical skills using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
Track record in managing impactful projects and programs across teams with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Experience in a high-growth business environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
