Job Description
This position is responsible for the overall function and success of new client conversion data integration and new client setup. Work with internal teams to analyze, design, enhance, recommend and develop timely data integration solutions. Offer support to the Implementation Services Team through continuous training and procedure documentation regarding conversion topics. Assist small to medium sized clients in pulling required data and setting up internal Paycor conversions and settings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Client Data Integration into Paycor systems, including:
    • Assist clients in pulling required data from prior provider system – with focus on ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity and In-Home Healthcare client base.
    • Conversion and import/integration of employee data
    • Mapping client data to pertinent Paycor codes and implementing client directed settings via direct communication with clients
    • Manipulation of extracted data from various systems
    • Assist in the Renumber process or data integration process between one Paycor client and another
    • Troubleshooting of Set-up issues as needed
  • Continue to improve system knowledge through collaboration with technical support
  • Work with managers to continually improve support process, including regular meetings to solicit feedback and assess performance
  • Advise management of product development issues arising from problems identified through data integration and conversion efforts
  • Maintain a working environment that is energized and consistently demonstrates the Paycor service commitment
  • Assist in onboarding new associates to the Data Specialist Team
  • Collaborate with other Shared Services and Implementation teams to share best practices and process improvements.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • High School graduate or equivalent required; post high school education preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office experience; strong Excel proficiency required
  • Possess strong organization and time management skills, must be able to multi-task
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and traits
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • High technical aptitude; ability to adapt to frequent system and tool updates
  • 3 years of Payroll experience required
  • 3 years of Client Service experience, preferably business to business
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Must be available to work overtime during peak season volume

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $17-$28 hr. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
