Pinwheel is looking for creative and efficient full stack engineers who will build and evolve products that delight Pinwheel's customers. As an early full stack engineer at the company, you will touch all services used by Pinwheel's customers and help set direction for years to come. You will collaborate across Product and Engineering to build new features, from conception to design to implementation and beyond. You'll help identify and prioritize the most impactful problems to solve. And you will contribute to leveling up the engineering team through mentorship and improving tooling, processes, and engineering standards.

The talent market is competitive, and maintaining our ability to recruit and retain the best team possible is a top priority for Pinwheel. When creating an offer, we consider interview performance, candidate experience, external market competitiveness, and internal equity in thoughtfully assessing compensation. The expected cash salary range for this role is $144,000-$180,000.
