Overview:
This position will work with other development resources on the Dynamics CRM implementation, coordinating workloads and helping manage the utilisation of internal and third-party development resources. This position will be critical to the success of the development teams and the projects implemented by the development teams. This position will be responsible for solution designing, technology architecture, while leading the implementation of technical solutions and processes to deliver software resulting in long-term improvement and contributing to the SAGE Technology strategy.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Help lead a global team of software developers to deliver quality solutions on Dynamics CRM and integrations with CRM.

Contribute to the design and development of application and reporting solutions for CRM

Ensure that performance and goals are aligned with department goals and communicate company and strategic department objectives to the team.

Along with others, responsible for the health and maintenance of assigned applications and systems.

Contribute to the development of strategy, policy and best practices.

Recruit, build, and maintain effective teams.

Measure and continuously improve software development practices and procedures. Work with other development teams within the company to share best practices.

Measure and balance resourcing to optimize delivery of team objectives and responsibilities.

Provide guidance and support to team members, acting as a mentor/coach.
Qualifications & Education:
- Expertise in Dynamic CRM solution configuration (Forms, Views, SubGrids, Ribbon workbench), design and implementing large scale CRM projects.

Expertise in designing and developing Plugins and Custom Workflows in C# for implementing complex Business logic using XRM SDK

Expertise in Developing and Configuring solutions using Business Process Flows

Expertise in Designing and developing Data migration into CRM Dynamics online using Scribe Online

Expertise in designing and developing REST APIs on CRM Dynamics to enable integrations into CRM online

Expertise in CRM Administration, Security Role Design, User, organization & Team management

Experience in JavaScript language to support complex front-end logic on CRM dynamics forms using XRM framework

Experience in Azure App service for API Development

Experience in implementing Application Life Cycle management (ALM) for Dynamics 365 using Power platform
- Experience in architecting Power Bi Reports on CRM dynamics using Azure Synapse or Azure Data Lake as intermediary source

Experience in Development on SQL server

Proven experience leading successful development teams, preferably with global experience.

Significant experience with software development and/or information technology support and life cycle processes required.

Experience managing 3rd party development partners.

Preferably educated to degree level, or equivalent qualification. Technical degree preferred.

Strong communication skills (appropriate to all levels of an organization).

Publishing industry experience (desirable).

Compensation at SAGE is influenced by several factors, including but not limited to skill set, nature and level of experience, qualifications, and other relevant considerations. We anticipate the minimum full-time salary range for this position to be between $110,718.40 - $138,382.40. Please note that the compensation details listed in U.S. role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include bonuses or benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and additional aspects of the compensation/benefits package for this position during the hiring process.
