About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who is deeply curious and passionate about solving complex problems to come join our recruiting team! Jerry is building the first AllCar super app to help everyday Americans save time and money on one of their most expensive assets. Since launching our mobile app in 2019, we have amassed over 4M customers, expanded our product offerings to multiple categories and scaled our team to 300 across the U.S., Canada, and China.

As part of our North American recruiting team, you will own the hiring strategy and execution across a variety of technical, creative and operational roles ranging from mid to senior levels in the U.S. and Canada, and occasionally in Europe. Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Attract and retain top talent across all business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, marketing, communications, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations

  • Work closely with hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs

  • Own multiple active searches, prioritize ruthlessly, and manage candidate pipelines end-to-end

  • Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality

What we're looking for:

  • People whisperer: You are influential, great at getting buy-in and cutting through the noise to understand what people really want versus what they say that want

  • Owner: You balance a packed schedule, an endless to-do list, and never let anything drop

  • Tenacious: You’re a hustler at heart and you thrive under pressure

Ideal profile:

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles like product managers, software engineers, product designers, and/or data scientists

  • Strong preference for tech startup or agency experience
