About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager who has operational experience in consumer growth. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will focus on building consumer facing product features with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, software developers, UX designers, and QA engineers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the roadmap to grow the top and middle of the funnel for K Health.
  • Manage the execution of projects and support the roll-out of products, meeting product deliverable milestones and deadlines
  • Drive the agile development process in the team: Agile sprints and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily, and retro.
  • Work cross functionally to support all aspects of releasing a digital product to market and supporting it through its lifecycle
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects across a team of designers, software developers, medical and QA while managing the interfaces with stakeholders and time-zones
  • Write product requirements and user stories for new product features and drive their development in the team
  • Track the product evaluation metrics before and after deployment

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience working with cross-functional teams to bring consumer product features to production
  • Demonstrated experience in aligning engineering, designers, and product teams - both local and remote - toward the delivery of external digital products
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity to collaboratively lead a cross-functional (research, engineering, data, product partners) geo-distributed team towards a unified project plan
  • Has proven experience in software development and agile methodologies
  • Must be familiar with A/B testing.

Compensation Range:

  • $164,000 - $187,000

K Health offers competitive compensation packages along with stock options based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
