Role Summary
The Senior Workplace Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and maintaining an organized, best-in-class work environment.
We are looking for a collaborative, energetic self-starter who will thrive in situations where they can interact with and help people.
As a member of the People Team, the Senior Workplace Support Specialist partners with peers to share experiences and brainstorm new ideas to ensure consistency of brand and culture among our offices. In addition, the Senior Workplace Support Specialist assists with planning and executing events that drive employee engagement, morale, and company culture.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage the front reception desk, office operations and be the first impression for our guests, clients, vendors, and employees
  • Assess the daily and future needs of the office in order to deliver a consistent experience that demonstrates our core values; handle customer complaints and inquiries
  • Coordinate the office’s general cleanliness while ensuring office supplies are stocked by anticipating requirements; place and expedite orders
  • Arrange local events, luncheons while serving as the main point of contact for all deliveries, incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with planning and executing events that drive employee engagement, morale and company culture, including Culture and Diversity Committee projects
  • Help with various administrative functions that support our onsite employee group and other HR functions
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures in partnership with the Workplace Experience Team
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Conduct security patrols and checks of the premises; respond to security incidents and emergencies
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of HR-related experience, preferably with high-growth, fast-paced organization
  • 1-2 years of experience in Workplace role
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; you are proactive, a teammate with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; capacity to work independently in an office environment
  • Experience coordinating/supporting event planning and logistics
Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US base salary range: $49,000 - $88,100
