If you’re enthusiastic about innovative approaches to problem-solving, we would love to speak with you about joining our team!What are we looking for?SentinelOne is seeking an AVP of Web and SEO to lead our web and SEO strategy and execution. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and hands-on leadership. You will oversee both development operations and SEO functions, ensuring our website not only represents our brand effectively but also drives measurable business outcomes.What will you do?• Website Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end strategy for our website, focusing on maximizing business outcomes across segments. Prioritize initiatives that accelerate growth for both new and existing customers. Oversee the product management of the web and manage a roadmap using product development techniques including: minimum viable product, validated learning, story points.• SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances our online presence. Lead a team of SEO strategists to execute on multiple SEO projects on our SEO roadmap. Drive alignment between paid and organic search efforts.• Web Development Operations: Oversee all web dev initiatives related to the website and lead a team of developers to ensure quality engineering and assurance practices are followed.• Website Performance: Constantly drive the improvement of website performance and optimize the customer journey through data-driven testing.• User Experience: Enhance the user experience by implementing best practices in usability and ensuring the website meets the evolving needs of users. Stay ahead of industry trends to provide a cutting-edge experience that drives engagement and conversion.• Conversion: Lead strategic web initiatives to achieve business outcomes, leveraging technologies like Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics. Implement CRO and testing to drive measurable revenue improvements and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts.• Data & Reporting: Establish and manage an analytics framework to track website performance, SEO effectiveness, and user behavior. Leverage data to inform decision-making, optimize the website, and report on key metrics and KPIs to senior leadership.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key teams within marketing (e.g., Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Events) to ensure alignment and lead the team to execute at a high level.• Web & SEO Toolset: Manage and optimize the web and SEO technology stack (e.g. Wordpress and SEMrush) to maximize business outcomes, improve customer experience, and streamline internal processes.• Web Growth - Focus on building new capabilities, experiences, and processes for both web and SEO. Define and drive key performance indicators and success metrics for B2B content and experiences.• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a global team, fostering a collaborative and highly engaged environment. Mentor and promote career growth and development for your team members.What skills and knowledge should you bring?• BA or MS degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.• 7+ years of experience in website management, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.• Proven expertise in leading web strategy and SEO functions, with a solid understanding of both development operations and SEO best practices.
