Responsible for selling and servicing Sentry products to meet growth, retention, profit and sales objectives. Products include specialty lines (Non-Standard Auto) that Sentry is licensed to sell in the various states. This is a great opportunity for sales focused professionals to grow their career and skills!This great opportunity has base pay, plus an uncapped commission structure, plus an end of year bonus! It also provides paid training and guaranteed commissions during training time, with shift differential paid for hours worked after 6:00 pm local time.This position can be located in a Sentry Office, or has the possibility to work remotely from home.What You'll DoAs a Property and Casualty Licensed Direct Sales Representative, you will work in an inbound and outbound call environment assisting in quoting and closing the sale of auto insurance sales. You will do this by…• Provide quotes and bind coverage for customers in a timely fashion.• Answer inbound customer inquiries on coverage limits, deductibles, etc. to customers.• Use different systems to verify the accuracy of the information received.• Assist existing customers with policy changes and other inquiries.• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads that have the probability to purchase policies.• Verify answers or questions with other departments, such as underwriting.What It Takes• 6 months of related work experience or more• Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license is required• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency highly preferredWhat You'll ReceiveAt Sentry, your total rewards go beyond competitive compensation.
