Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Enhancement Activities - technical configuration and workflow enhancement support for client to deploy additional application functionality
• Guidance on solutions and alternatives
• Assist with knowledge transfer to support teams
• Perform data migration as required
• Support configuration and customization efforts
• Service Catalog create/modify catalog item(s), create/modify approval workflows, create/modify order guides
• Develop/evaluate/update workflows
• Automation for various application support processes

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Engineer
• Must be proficient in ServiceNow Modules and APIs and have a strong desire to leverage ServiceNow for Automation at client in Enterprise Security & Fraud
