Our client is currently seeking a qualified ServiceNow Analyst to join their team. This is a remote position, with the candidate required to be located near either the Miami, FL or Fort Lauderdale, FL office for times they are required onsite. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:

Analyze and validate ServiceNow information
Validate technical specifications on documents
Collaborate and partner with Service Provisioning Analyst in firming up the business requirements document and provide technical and functional consultation aligning to ServiceNow related requests
Identify and analyze business problems and define scope of activities required to address the issues, including requirement definition, process review, impact assessment and operational streamlining of service management tasks
Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement that facilitates the identification of operational efficiencies and future improvement opportunities
Conduct quality assessments to validate implemented processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 to 3+ years of working experience as a Product Specialist or Business Systems Analyst for ServiceNow
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field and 3+ years of related experience
ITIL Foundations Certified v2 or v3 not required but would be a plus
Demonstrated skills in data management and problem solving
Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter and keen to explore new solutions
