The Global Brand Marketing organization at ServiceNow is looking for an exceptional, collaborative, and highly adaptable Senior Manager, Studio Operations to join our internal production services studio. The ServiceNow Studio is dedicated to providing scalable creative and production resources and consistency of our brand to the organization across digital, design, photography, video, event signage and other assets. The Senior Manager, Studio Operations will be a core partner to the Studio Director in establishing studio process, documentation and outreach to our partners, and will be responsible for independently owning and managing the end-to-end process and deliverables for a high volume of varying types of creative and production projects. This will require working closely with the Studio Director, our core-brand creative team, external creative resources, and our marketing partners, to intake, scope, track, schedule and manage all projects and deliverables.
The ideal candidate has previous experience executing creative projects with significant moving parts and deliverables within an agency and/or internal creative department. The Senior Manager, Studio Operations is highly comfortable leading meetings and coaching senior-level teams on tasks and risks in a fast paced, solutions-oriented environment. This individual will proactively drive the execution of these projects and always be the central source-of-truth for a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Studio Director to further build the foundation for the Studio model including communicating what the model solves, why, and how while also driving change management across the organization.
Actively engage with partners across Marketing to understand their needs, budgets, and expectations order to assess and validate cost and efficiencies by utilizing the Studio.
Manage financial cross-charging and quarterly savings recognized through leveraging the Studio.
Provide regular reporting on studio status, projects & savings to the leadership team.
Build critical relationships across Marketing, Finance, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to manage ebbs and flows of workload and vendor/agency ecosystem needed to deliver all work.
Support in setting up and managing relationships with contractors and/or agency partners.
Organize and facilitate project planning, schedules, weekly meetings, and presentations for all work coming through the ServiceNow Studio. Clearly define next steps to all stakeholders. Track milestones and tasks of all projects with assigned teams.
Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives and escalate when necessary.
Provide timely status reports; follow-up every meeting with a recap and next steps to minimize project delivery risks and communicate timelines and approval framework for cross team understanding.
Facilitate team discussions and resolve conflict.
Partner with Studio Director and other leads to identify, develop, and roll-out new processes when appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of Account Management or Creative Operations experience in a creative agency or internal creative marketing team managing operations and delivery of varying types of creative deliverables including campaigns, display, social, demand kits, content in various formats, photo and video shoots, and other demand gen content.
Experience communicating, presenting and managing to senior leadership.
Experience writing creative briefs and aligning teams on program goals, objectives and KPIs.
Lead or managed resource management and planning for large teams.
Understanding of production technology, terminology, and requirements for various media placements in print, digital & video.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional ability to look at a large-scale program at a holistic and macro level and clearly communicate deliverables and next steps across a cross-functional team
Outstanding organizational, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to thrive in a rapid paced environment on multiple projects in a large company atmosphere where change occurs often.
Proven experience working for creative brands both consumer and B2B. Strong command of the creative process and working with agency partners.
Ability to work on a global scale across many internal stakeholders with varying degrees of experience with visual storytelling and the production of digital and experiential assets.
For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $129,000 - $225,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
