Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts is preferred.• Proven experience developing change strategies, methodologies, thought leadership and value-based outcomes.• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• CERTS that are a plus• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)• Program Management Professional (PMP)• PROSCI• Solid understanding of business issues/pain points and desired business outcomes• Effective at navigating a matrixed environment with strong cross functional, collaboration, and influence skills• Impeccable interpersonal and communications skills (listening, written, verbal, presentation, etc.)• Must be comfortable working in an agile environment and juggling competing demands• Purpose-driven team player• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.• Highly proactive, planful, even anticipatory with a track record of taking ownership and delivering results.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization.#DTjobs#SecurityJobsAdditional InformationServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
