Services Coordinator (Blades)

As a Blade Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for the support and coordination of NXIS Mexico and Brazil techs within North America. This is achieved by clear and concise communication with team members, suppliers, and customers. This position will be located in Texas and includes travel guidelines as required to support the team.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration

· In absence of degree, 5+ years equivalent work experience

· Ability to travel often within North America (100%)

· English (fluent)

· Spanish & Portuguese (working proficiency)

· Wind rotor blades repair knowledge (previous engineering role in blade repairs a plus)

· Demonstrated ability to organize / prioritize work, to meet deadlines

· Ability to successfully interact with all organizational levels

· Experience working on inspections and repairs of wind turbine blades at an operational level

· Experience with multicultural and Multilanguage work environment

· Experience in coordinating projects and teams

· Driving is an essential function of the job. Must possess a full valid driver’s license and be insurable under our auto insurance policy. This position will be subject to periodic driver’s abstract checks to confirm continued insurability.

· Ability to meet specific OSHA and ANSI weight limits of 265 lbs. or less

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical administered by a medical examiner to ensure the ability to safely perform job functions and meet the physical demands of the position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
