Director, Enterprise Success

SevenRooms is seeking a strategic leader to drive the success, satisfaction, and retention of enterprise customers globally. The Director will oversee the Enterprise & Key Accounts Customer Success team, define customer success strategy, lead customer health and product adoption initiatives, drive customer retention and lifetime value, gather customer feedback, and provide team leadership and management.

Experience in overseeing Global Enterprise and Key Account teams

Ability to create SOPs and deliverables
