Responsibilities
- Set up and operation of industrial food processing equipment
- Follow recipes and work procedures while monitoring processing variables
- Perform product quality tests and collect data
- Monitor fryer and oil temperatures for consistency in products
- Clean and change slicing heads for standard slicing consistency
