Senior Brand Designer

SheerID is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our Brand & Content team to drive pivotal brand transformation. As a creative leader, you will play a critical role in shaping how customers and prospects perceive and experience our brand at every touch point throughout the customer journey. Reporting to the Creative Director, Brand & Content, this role will advocate for brand stewardship and partner closely with the Brand & Content team, freelancers, and internal stakeholders, to develop intuitive and engaging full-funnel brand experiences that drive brand equity and align with our strategic objectives. Role Specific Job Duties:
  • Lead the concept development of insightful and data-driven full-funnel design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, UX, and accessibility. 
  • Partner with copywriters, designers, strategists and internal stakeholders to develop one-of-a-kind brand experiences and campaigns.
  • Own the design process for key initiatives, ensuring that creative solutions are engaging and meet business goals.
  • Oversee the execution of design assets, ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards and specified timelines.
  • Deliver high-quality designs and exceptional art direction, evolving the brand system and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. 
  • In collaboration with the Creative Director, help drive the brand strategy and communicate creative vision to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a curiosity for new design trends, tools, and technology and proactively advocate for ideas that are on the cutting edge of SaaS and Martech.


Required Skills / Experience:
  • 5+ years of professional design experience; flexibility with proven ability to ideate for video, print, digital, web, experiential, social, and events.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively problem-solve is a must. 
  • \Proven experience with a focus and passion for concept development and brand systems is a must.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or Martech industries is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead design projects and mentor more junior team members.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
  • In-depth experience using Adobe CC and Figma with a very strong understanding of design principles and solid understanding of UX. 
  • Demonstrated proactive data-driven approach and curiosity in furthering design skills and growth.
  • Experience in design research and working with researchers a plus.
  • Experience using Asana a plus
