You are a self-motivated person, with an eye for quality and aesthetics. You have experience working within brand guidelines, but enjoy finding new and creative ways to apply them. This is primarily a work from home job, but we have a preference for candidates who can come into our office for reviews (approximately twice a month).What you'll doYou should be able to:• Conceptualize, visualize and design special effects, animation, or other visual images for our videos (explainer, promo, and interview style)• Produce animated graphics ranging from lower thirds, logos, and bumpers to full productions• Modify/rework existing motion graphics assets• Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholdersQualifications• BA in Graphic Design, Animation, Film or a related field is preferred• 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, video editing and animation• Must have a reel or portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and abilities• Strong foundational knowledge of layout, color, grids, icons, typography, proportion, photography, and motion/rich media• Expert knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop• Must own a Mac or Windows based PC or laptop• Able to work with After Effects templates and create custom graphics• Must have experience working on projects that cover complex subject matter, from script to finished product• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressurePlease submit a resume, your reel, and links to published work identifying your role in each project.Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.Diversity at JustworksJustworks’ vision is for all identities, backgrounds and expressions to be represented in the workplace.
