Position Overview:
As the Outbound Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our North American expansion. You'll play a pivotal role in qualifying and presenting the ShiftCare value proposition to potential customers identified through outbound activities. We are seeking dynamic individuals who thrive on challenges and are passionate about making a difference.

As an Outbound Account Executive at ShiftCare, you'll have your hands full developing and implementing effective outbound strategies to generate leads and foster business growth. Using your consultative sales approach, you'll identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including email, phone, and social media. You’ll collaborate with our marketing team to craft compelling messaging and work closely with fellow sales team members to create impactful proposals and presentations. With a background in SaaS sales and preferably experience in the home healthcare industry, you'll be adept at understanding customer needs and clearly articulating the ShiftCare value proposition. Your success in this role will not only be measured by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets but also by the relationships you build along the way.
