Under general direction, the Shipping Clerk, handles the back-end processes that support the NSC in the scanning and shipment of drug testing and fingerprinting supplies. This role processes the daily shipments of chain of custody forms and fingerprint cards for donors to utilize when going to a clinic for testing. Scan fingerprinting cards and file for those customers who require 30-day retention. All coc and fingerprinting requests must be managed in a timely manner and completed by the end of each business day. Strong data entry, organization and office skills to support company goals and priorities are all key components of this role.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: A minimum of 6-12 months prior experience preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:
Physical Requirements: This role is largely a sedentary in nature and involves sitting for long periods of time. The role requires the ability to hear and talk as well as to see data and adjust visual focus for computer and paper tasks, read, type, lift and/or carry equipment and files up to 20 pounds, walk, bend or stand as necessary.
Working Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment onsite daily in the Fishers, Indiana, First Advantage Office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, calculators, and filing cabinets.
