Customer Account Manager, Mid-Market

Shopmonkey is looking for a Mid Market Customer Account Manager to lead customer expansion initiatives, build relationships, and increase customer spend through additional licenses and products.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities within our mid-market customer base
  • Define and execute new sales strategies
  • Communicate accurate forecast information to management
  • Learn SaaS sales strategies and Shopmonkey's product suite
  • Empathize with customers to understand their needs
  • Drive deeper product adoption and up-sell services
  • Communicate customized solutions to help customers grow
