Account Manager

- 3+ years of experience in account management.
- Strong track record of successful account management.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for existing groups, maintaining positive relationships.
- Attend virtual and in-person client meetings across Georgia and Florida.
- Proactively identify potential obstacles to group success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Oversee resolution of escalated issues.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Current Georgia or Florida State Health and Life insurance license (preferred).
