As a Central Business Services (CBS) FinancialAnalyst in the DX FI CRM Contract Management team, you will beresponsible for:• Financial analyses for CBS Governance and CBS Regional Leads to supportdecision making.• The preparation of executive presentations to CBS SteerCo, summarizinginformation from CBS Business Cases and elaborating on the narrative.• Consolidate Productivity measures across the CBS organization, provideguidance on methodology, ensure consistency and high quality of reportedmeasures.• Document reviews on implementation progress of the Operating Model;include IT roadmaps, organizational charts, performance scorecard and decisiongrids.• Support the creation and maintenance of communication channels forregular CBS team exchanges and best practice sharing (Teams groups, SharePoint,CBS Community Calls, etc.)• Aid with Audit measure tracking, monitoring achievement of action plansto ensure implementation.• Support Contract Management reporting for data quality, collaborate withstakeholders in making and confirming conclusions on results and trends inorder to support Actual Revenue and Profit performance improvements.• Be a digi-ambassador, promoting standardization and automation ofprocesses, as well as identification of potential digitalization areas.This role reports directly to DXFI CRM, Head of Contract Management and will engage with the CBS GovernanceLead, CBS Regional Leads, and CRM leadershipIn addition, this role will support engagements with DX Zone FI Heads.This position may suit you best if you possess the required skills below,and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers• Demonstratedanalytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative andqualitative data to assist on decision making• Effectivecollaboration, interpersonal and communication skills; solid professionaljudgment and problem-solving skills• Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/think-cell; expert presentation skills withthe ability to visualize data and reduce complex data sets to drive compellingconclusions,• Experiencewith business intelligence tools, automation, and digitalization• Abilityto manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with minimalsupervisionRequired skills to have for thesuccess of this role• Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Business Administration or related discipline required. MBA is a plus• 7+ years of working experience inbusiness performance analytics, and business performance improvementinitiatives• Ample experience supportingcross-functional teams• Working knowledge of Financeand Accounting processes and regulationsThis information isprovided per the required state Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based onmarket location.
