About the Role

As the Director of Partnerships at Siena AI, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our partnerships program, creating an ecosystem that includes BPOs, agencies, and tech integration partners. Your role is to scale a high-impact partnerships function that directly drives revenue and positions Siena as the preferred partner in the CX ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to shape Siena’s partnerships approach, creating a competitive network of alliances that maximizes reach, revenue, and customer value.

Why Siena Needs You

As the Director of Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling Siena’s growth by building, managing, and optimizing partnerships that enhance Siena’s product value, market reach, and customer success. This role requires a strong network within ecommerce and CX and the ability to translate these relationships into measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Scale the Partnerships Program: Architect and refine a scalable, revenue-focused partnerships strategy, emphasizing tech integrations, BPOs, and agencies that expand Siena’s reach. Establish partner tiers, certification programs, and co-marketing initiatives to strengthen Siena’s partnerships ecosystem.

  • Lead and Nurture Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage high-value relationships across the BPO, tech, and agency landscape, leveraging your network to accelerate Siena’s reach. Co-create solutions, generate leads, and develop growth strategies that align with Siena’s revenue goals.

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Build a partnership pipeline that supports Siena’s revenue targets, actively contributing to ARR and ACV growth. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive GTM initiatives and identify joint opportunities that enhance revenue outcomes.

  • Build a High-Performing Partnerships Team: Hire, mentor, and manage a growing partnerships team, starting with a Partnerships Manager. Foster a high-performance culture, setting clear goals, KPIs, and accountability measures to ensure team success.

  • Champion Partner Enablement and Success: Lead the creation of partner-specific training, certification, and enablement resources. Ensure partners are equipped to effectively represent Siena by designing incentives, support structures, and success metrics that enhance partner satisfaction and retention.

  • Measure, Analyze, and Refine: Leverage data to monitor partnership impact, focusing on KPIs like revenue contribution, client retention, and partner engagement. Use insights to iteratively improve the program and optimize ecosystem growth through data-driven decisions.

  • Represent Siena as a Thought Leader: Act as the face of Siena’s partnerships at industry events, conferences, and in partner meetings, establishing the company as a leader in AI-powered customer experience.

Join the Team If You Have
