As the Director of Partnerships at Siena AI, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our partnerships program, creating an ecosystem that includes BPOs, agencies, and tech integration partners. Build a High-Performing Partnerships Team: Hire, mentor, and manage a growing partnerships team, starting with a Partnerships Manager. Foster a high-performance culture, setting clear goals, KPIs, and accountability measures to ensure team success.
Champion Partner Enablement and Success: Lead the creation of partner-specific training, certification, and enablement resources. Ensure partners are equipped to effectively represent Siena by designing incentives, support structures, and success metrics that enhance partner satisfaction and retention.
Measure, Analyze, and Refine: Leverage data to monitor partnership impact, focusing on KPIs like revenue contribution, client retention, and partner engagement. Use insights to iteratively improve the program and optimize ecosystem growth through data-driven decisions.
Represent Siena as a Thought Leader: Act as the face of Siena’s partnerships at industry events, conferences, and in partner meetings, establishing the company as a leader in AI-powered customer experience.
