Asset Analyst II

Siepe is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional with strong business acumen to drive operational excellence across our diverse product groups. In this role, you will perform daily functions, identify and implement operational improvements, and support various business lines. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of transactions and maintain high standards of service delivery. 


Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret agent bank notices, credit agreements, and other governing credit documents.  
  • Read and interpret LSTA / LMA Settlement documents. 
  • Manage transactions and ensure all notifications are accurately processed. 
  • Understand and resolve complex credit transactions. 
  • Respond to the needs of clients and other third parties, while collaborating with the respective internal teams. 
  • Maintain performance targets and quality control metrics. 
  • Complies and enforces standard policies and procedures. 
  • Assist with training and preparing training documentation as needed. 
  • Work hours may extend beyond the standard schedule during peak periods, such as month-end and quarter-end. 
  • Work can average 45-50 hours per week.


Qualifications
  • Solvas Portfolio software (fka CDO Suite) experience is a plus. 
  • Loan settlements experience is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel required. 
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred. 
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
