The Enterprise Implementation Manager will be a vital member of the Strategic Solutions Implementation team, working closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to deliver high-profile enterprise projects. This role sits at the heart of Signal AI’s delivery operations, serving as the bridge between commercial goals and technical execution.
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end implementation process for some of Signal AI’s most strategic deals. From contracting and discovery to solution design, onboarding, and handover, you will ensure our clients achieve tangible business results while setting the stage for long-term partnerships.
This is a unique opportunity to lead multi-product, high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the future of Signal AI’s implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Leadership
Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise implementation projects, managing everything from contracting and discovery to solution delivery and handover to Success and Support teams.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and address risks proactively to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Client Engagement
Build strong relationships as the primary client contact during implementation.
Facilitate discovery workshops to gather requirements and align on goals.
Present tailored solutions, showcasing their alignment with client objectives and technical requirements.
Solution Design and Technical Collaboration
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design bespoke, scalable solutions for complex challenges, including multi-product and new use-case scenarios.
Ensure all deliverables meet technical and business requirements while adhering to best practices.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a key liaison between Commercial teams (Sales and Success) and Product & Technology (P&T) teams, driving alignment and seamless execution.
Lead internal scoping sessions, clearly communicating project goals, requirements, and timelines.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving delivery frameworks and tools.
Operational Excellence and Team Development
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and technology.
Lead internal initiatives to drive innovation and best practices.
Mentor Implementation Engineers, Solution Architects, and other team members, with opportunities to take on direct management responsibilities.
Required Skills and Experience
Professional Expertise
5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, enterprise project management, or similar client-facing roles.
Proficiency with tools such as Miro, project management platforms, Google Workspace, and Excel.
A proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact enterprise projects.
Client-Centric Approach
Strong relationship-building skills, with experience leading workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders.
The ability to deeply understand client needs and translate them into actionable deliverables.
Problem-Solving and Collaboration
Demonstrated ability to solve complex challenges with creative, scalable solutions.
Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to achieve shared goals.
Leadership and Mentorship
Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior colleagues and managing cross-functional initiatives.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in diverse team environments.
