Azure SQL DBA (Seffner, FL)

Position: Azure SQL DBADuration: CTHLocation: Seffner, FL (this role can be remote but client wants someone close that would be willing to come in a couple times a month)• Be a senior level role• Don't need a developer• not looking for a traditional dba, must be an Azure SQL DBA• Tech Stack: azure sql database• Data bricks experience is a bonus• Someone who knows how to troubleshoot and fix architectural problems• Experience being able to diagnose issues working with sql queries• Proficient with t-sql and can do code review to make sure queries are efficient• Must be able to diagnose performance issues• Firewall exp• Day to day:• Health checks for system proficiency• End user requests• Creating permissions and logins• Deploying code to production• Assist on azure data factory and functions• Review integration run times• Having skillsets as an azure engineer is important, integration runtimes come into play• They should be able to recommend ideas and not just be told what to do after reviewing systemsDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
