Responsibilities

Manage the Enterprise Account Management team to drive expansions and renewals
Consult clients to understand core product use cases
Refine the Account Management playbook for client renewals
Collaborate with Client Success and Onboarding Teams
Hire, train, and develop account managers
Forecast renewal and upsell opportunities
