Simpplr is seeking an experienced SDR Director to lead a team of inbound and outbound SDRs, drive productivity and effectiveness, and align with sales and marketing to achieve target goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the Sales Development organization in setting goals
Implement sales development best practices and cadences

Design and implement scalable enablement programs
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
Maintain knowledge of Simpplr products and technologies

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field
