Responsibilities
- Proactively search candidate databases for potential talent
- Screen job applications to evaluate candidate suitability
- Engage and generate employee referrals

- Lead the candidate experience and ensure successful onboarding
Education
- BS/BA degree
- 8+ years experience in corporate/agency recruiting environment or 15 years in lieu of education
- 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry
