Responsibilities

• Design and oversee workstreams and cycles for the development and clinical business group
• Lead internal and external project team meetings and ensure clear actions are documented
• Maintain collaboration and respect in all experiences and provide appropriate guidance and feedback
• Establish expectations with stakeholders and customers through clearly documented processes
• Determine appropriate service recovery response and manage trade-offs between customer service, profitability, and capabilities
• Mentor/coach team members, supervise PMs, and drive their performance and development

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree highly preferred
