About the Role:
The Documentation team at Sitecore is looking for a new team member in Dublin to write user and developer documentation for the Sitecore Search product.
What You’ll Do:
Write user documentation and release notes for our Sitecore Search product.
Collaborate with product managers, SMEs, and developer advocates to gather input for user documentation.
Coordinate with the Sitecore Search programmer writer on updates to conceptual developer documentation and API documentation.
Use community feedback to improve our documentation
What you need to succeed:
A certificate in technical writing, introductory experience with technical writing, or demonstrated interest in technical writing.
Strong command of the English language.
Intellectual curiosity of new technologies and ability to communicate their inherent complexities in a simple, straightforward fashion.
Interest in search products and their capabilities.
Demonstrate a structured and independent approach to completing your assignments.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
Knowledge of current SaaS and web service technologies such as REST APIs, GraphQL, JavaScript / TypeScript.
Experience writing documentation in Paligo, Markdown or Markdoc.
