About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer passionate about leveraging GenAI/AI technologies to drive innovative UI development. As a Frontend Engineer specializing in GenUI, you'll collaborate closely with our GenAI/AI team to implement and refine UI Generations using cutting-edge LLM models.

Your role will involve actively contributing to GenUI research initiatives, and partnering with product management teams to integrate generative systems into our product features seamlessly.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead and translate design wireframes and prototypes into functional, responsive web interfaces.
Forge symbiotic partnerships with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and databases.
Develop and implement efficient and reusable front-end systems and components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js etc.
Shape the trajectory of our products through informed insights and decisive actions, influencing and executing pivotal decisions and launches.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end applications to ensure high performance and reliability.

What You Need to Succeed:

5-7 years of hands-on industry experience specializing in frontend development, showcasing your ability to tackle real-world challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript showcasing fluency in these languages to craft robust, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions.
Strong experience in modern UI frameworks like React, Vue, etc. and meta-frameworks like Next, Remix, Nuxt etc.
Experience building solutions in Azure.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

Leading a front end team is nice to have
Experience in Python is a plus.
Experience with LLM and Rag is a plus.
