Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.
  • Drive the development of sales training programs to enhance team skills and effectiveness.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Sizanid HR's services and build the brand.
    • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
    • Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales approach.
      • Develop and execute effective sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
      • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to support overall business planning.
      • Perform Additional Jobs assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven record in the HR consulting or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management software.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and represent the company at industry events.
