About the Role:
Our client in the digital marketing industry is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role involves developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and the ability to create and manage successful partnerships with influencers across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with the client's brand objectives and target audience.
  • Identify, vet, and establish partnerships with influencers and content creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others relevant to the brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers to foster long-term collaborations, ensuring alignment with the client’s brand values.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of influencer campaigns, including briefing, contracting, budgeting, content planning, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer content with overall brand messaging, campaigns, and marketing objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to inform strategic decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Portfolio with Social media accounts
  • Must have a social media account
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and negotiate with influencers.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and social media management platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
    • Knowledge of performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and conversions.
    • Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and digital media
