Summary
The Migrations Delivery team is responsible for the designing of project activities, positioning client-facing communications, working with technology and non-technology teams within Smarsh and partners to assign resources in order to achieve project goals. The most successful Project Managers work to anticipate client needs, contribute to the Migrations Delivery team as well as individual project teams, and drive cross-functional efforts towards project goals.
