SMB Account Executive (US)

Hofy is opening a world of possibilities for employers to tap into the global workforce and our SMB Account Executives are key in our mission. You will be opening the world of opportunity for our clients to easily and securely onboard a truly remote global workforce, unleashing their potential.

  • Own the pipeline and unlock sales opportunities across the US.

About the role

A bit of context - Hofy has built an amazing global operation that is a perfect fit for small companies who have recently raised funding. We are ready to scale!

  • Develop and execute lead generation and sales strategies for our potential customers.
  • Present and develop sales collateral that enables our customers to make effective buying decisions.
  • Work very closely with our Marketing team to integrate learnings into our messaging and product offering.

About you

This role will fit someone who already has experience in owning deals from end to end and is not shy about opening up opportunities where none existed before! You should already have:

  • 2 Years experience is a Sales quota carrying position.
  • Experience managing all stages of the deal cycle with a focus on closing and leading SDRs.
  • Exceptional communicator across all seniority levels.
  • Proven ability to develop expert knowledge of B2B technology platforms.
  • Accountable for managing forecasting and reporting accurately
  • (Desirable) Experience selling B2B SAAS technology solutions.
