The Opportunity


We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the development of Snowplow's next-generation data services, including multi-modal data ingestion and processing, multi-agent observability, and a knowledge graph runtime service. These cutting-edge products and services will enable our customers to derive actionable insights from diverse data sources and power real-time agentic applications.


As a key leader in our product team, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and pre and post sales teams to shape the roadmap, define product requirements, and drive go-to-market strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of data infrastructure, advanced analytics, and AI/ML driven applications.


What You’ll Be Doing:


Product Strategy and Roadmap:


● Define and own the strategic vision for Snowplow's agentic applications and services offerings.

● Align product initiatives with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.

● Develop and communicate a product roadmap that balances near-term deliverables with long-term innovation.


Customer and Market Focus:


● Engage with early design partners, customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts.

● Analyze market trends and competitive offerings to ensure Snowplow maintains a leadership position in the customer data infrastructure space.

● Advocate for customer needs, especially in the areas of real-time behavioral data, analytics and agentic applications.


Product Development:


● Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements for scalable, high-performance solutions.

● Prioritize features in areas such as real-time data ingestion, schema validation and evolution, data governance, and AI-ready capabilities.

● Ensure seamless integration with Snowplow’s existing offerings and ecosystem.


Cross-Functional Leadership:


● Partner with product marketing to develop positioning, messaging, pricing and go-to-market strategies.

● Support sales and customer success teams by delivering product training and supporting tools and documentation.

● Drive collaboration across teams to ensure product deliverables meet quality and timeline goals.


Thought Leadership:


● Represent Snowplow at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovation in AI and behavioral data.

● Contribute to the company’s thought leadership by publishing white papers or blogs.


We’d Love to Hear From You If Have:


● Exceptional experience in product management, with at least 3 years in data infrastructure, data analytics, or AI/ML driven platforms.

● Proven ability to deliver innovative products in areas such as data ingestion, processing, and enrichment.

● Strong understanding of multi-modal data types (e.g., text, audio, video, IoT) and their use cases.

● Familiarity with Python-centric toolkits geared for AI engineersExperience with stream processing, knowledge graphs, vector databases, AI/ML integrations is highly desirable.

● Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

● Previous experience with SaaS or enterprise software business models.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.


Bonus points for: 


● Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and tools like Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, and Apache Iceberg.

● Experience building products for real-time, AI/ML driven applications.

● Understanding of data governance and compliance considerations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).
