About the role

We are searching for a proactive tastemaker who has a finger on the cultural pulse. Rise’s Social Media Marketing Manager should be fully immersed in our business and brand voice and bring creative ideas to the table on how Rise can build our social community. You’ll be joining a small, fast-growing startup where you can focus on your personal and professional development as we expand how people think about the future of work.

What you'll do:

• Be Rise’s social media maven!
• Design and brainstorm storytelling opportunities
• Create content for social channels, tailoring our message to different audiences while maintaining Rise’s brand voice
• Build and grown Rise’s community; encourage engagement and two-way communication
• Track and report on all social KPIs and provide learnings and recommendations based on content performance and audience reception
• Work cross-functionally with members of our product team and Ambassador programs
