This is a unique opportunity to expand and execute an ambitious influencer strategy, activating and building upon our strategic approach, spearheading influencer campaign and execution across strategic approach, sourcing, contracting, and measurement.ResponsibilitiesLead and build upon influencer affiliate strategy, driving growth with existing partners and expanding program across partners and productsDevelop influencer campaign approach and tactical plans in partnership with brand and product partnersSource, evaluate, and pitch influencer talent that delivers on campaign objectivesDevelop influencer briefing documents that lead to compelling, ownable creativeOversee contracting and approval of influencers and associated contentSpearhead measurement approach, identify and solve issues and report on successPartner with media and performance teams to leverage paid influencer creativePartner closely with SoFi’s legal and compliance teams to ensure content adheres to regulatory conditionsQualificationsUndergrad degree5+ years of experience in marketing, 3+ specifically in social media and influencer marketingIn-depth experience with affiliate marketing and Impact Radius affiliate platform (or similar)In-depth understanding of social channels (existing and emerging), influencer/creator marketplaceExperience managing and contracting talentStrategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environmentStrong writing and communication skillsStrong analytical skillsStrong EQ and ability to assess nuance in conversations and react accordinglyCompensation And Benefits The base pay range for this role is listed below.
