Requirements

We are looking for software engineers to join our product led organisation. Software engineer's will help us to continue delivering value to our customers by delivering excellent software solutions.

We are a medium sized product led company, born out of a startup and we are growing quickly. We hire for fit as well as competency and want to bring on engineers who are 2 to 5 years (or more) into their careers. We want to meet confident, competent people who can learn our product and adapt their existing technical and soft skills to help us grow.

We are a Microsoft stack company, using SQL server and we host in the cloud. We are a SaaS business with a diverse customer base that is growing and changing with us. Our main product is a web application with a supporting native application.

We follow agile principles in a product team based organization, which allows you to be involved from the start of a feature, through to delivery and adoption.

We want you to become a software engineer at Fixflo, to work in a product team built around a particular user experience. You will help design features, implement features, guide patterns and practices, mentor teammates, engage in retrospectives, engage in the process of building better software, build software and enjoy being a software engineer.
